    Every year, as part of our four-day conference, the Certified General Accountants Association of British Columbia hosts Western Canada’s only trade show designed just for accountants.

    The trade show provides conference attendees the opportunity to network and interact with the suppliers of a wide variety of the latest products and services for the accounting professional. The CGA-BC trade show is a proven success with our many exhibitors. The audience is enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The traffic is high. The value and results are exceptional.

    The Location

    This year’s conference and trade show will be held at the Victoria Conference Centre in Victoria, B.C.

    Exhibitors' Package

    Package - $1,400 + GST

    • One 8’ x 10’ booth package (blue & white drape) with:

          - Eight-foot-high back drape with three foot-side drape
          - Six-foot skirted table
          - Two chairs

    Booth Information

    Booths will be booked upon receipt of the Exhibitors’ Contract on a first-come, first-served basis. This year exhibitor breakout sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis for confirmed exhibitors.

    NOTE: All shipping expenses and other services not included in the contract are the responsibility of the exhibitors.

    Booth set up starts on the evening of Wednesday, September 19 from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. in Salon A at the Victoria Conference Centre.

    This event gives CGA-BC an opportunity to thank our conference volunteers and to familiarize them with the facility and program before the start of the conference.

    Half-Day Professional Development Session - $600

    A registration kit is given to all delegates that register by August 20, 2007 for the conference. These kits will be used throughout the conference.

    Members in public practice attend this annual event. It's an opportunity to update members on the issues facing today's practitioners.

    Promotional Information Request

    As a Conference 2007 exhibitor and/or sponsor, your corporate identification will be used several times prior to, during and after the conference. To facilitate your organization’s participation, please provide the following:

    Electronic file of corporate logo

    Please provide your images in the following formats:

    • EPS, PDF or TIF file (300 dpi resolution or higher)
    • Artwork
      Artwork may also be supplied as MAC or PC Illustrator CS2 EPS files.
      Please ensure all fonts are converted to outlines.
      Also accepted are InDesign CS2, Quark Express 6.5 (PC ONLY) files and Photoshop CS2.
      All fonts and graphics must be included.

    To be included in the Conference 2007 Show Guide, we ask that you provide us a brief write-up about your company — approximately 250 words. Longer write-ups will be edited at our discretion.
